This website allows visitors to search for genes of interest based on their spatial expression patterns in the Postnatal Day 7 mouse brain and the
Postnatal day 14.5 rat brain.
We provide two searching tools:

About
Geneatlas.org is the product of a collaboration that began between researchers
at Baylor College of Medicine,
Rice University, and University of Houston. Current institutions contributing now also include
Washington University in St. Louis, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and the
Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry.
